The Weekly Unwind
Join a Weekly Unwind practice and carve out intentional space to help ease stress and tension—so you can head into the weekend feeling more embodied, relaxed, and grounded. Each gentle practice is 45 minutes.
Fridays 11:15 AM CT
Weekly Unwind: Each practice includes a somatic body scan, breath awareness, somatic movements and gentle yoga postures to consciously connect to the body and release muscular tension. The last 5-10 minutes of the practice will be dedicated to relaxation or meditation —including guidance for those new to meditation. Meditation is a practice designed to rest the mind and supports clarity, inward focus, and ease.
Winter Series
Our 10-week winter series runs January 3-March 21. Please note that we are taking two weeks off in this series — so there is no yoga on January 17 and February 28.
