Feel more balanced and grounded as you take time to fill your own cup and welcome the rising sun with an early morning practice.
Winter Series
Our 10-week (20 practice) series will focus on practices to support mind-body well-being in the winter season. Together we will journey through the 8-limbs of yoga which create a foundation for a lifelong practice.
This series begins on Tuesday, December 31st and goes until Thursday, March 20. Please note that we’ll take two weeks off in this series - there will be no yoga on January 14 & 16 and on February 25 & 27.
Tuesdays 6:15-7:00 AM CT
Gentle Yoga + Meditation: This practice integrates somatic movement and therapeutic yoga postures to help release tension and nourish mind-body connection. The last 5-10 minutes of each practice will be dedicated to relaxation or meditation —including guidance for those new to meditation. Meditation is a practice designed to rest the mind and supports clarity, inward focus, and ease.
Thursdays 6:15-7:00 AM CT
Somatic Slow Flow: This practice begins with an earth-based somatic movement warm-up and then progresses to explore standing postures — including sun salutations and Hatha Yoga postures which are held for 3-5 breaths. The last few minutes of each practice will be dedicated to relaxation or meditation. These practices create space for you to listen to your body as you move with your breath and feel each posture from within.
Each virtual practice is 45 minutes and you are welcome to have your camera on or off (based on your preference).
