Hello. I’m Amy Fogarty. I’m a lifelong learner, trauma-informed yoga teacher, yoga therapist, ayurvedic yoga specialist, and registered nurse.
My work centers around supporting people to be well and to live an embodied life aligned with their wisdom and truth. I love sharing yoga and mindfulness practices that support a sense of grounding, balance, and ease.
I came to exploring this work through my own journey of healing — which has been a process of learning, unlearning, and reconnecting to myself.

A Yoga Nidra meditation to support self-connection

Take time to fill your own cup and welcome the rising sun with an early morning practice. These practices are designed to help you begin your day feeling grounded and centered. Each virtual practice is 45 minutes.

These gentle practices are designed to help ease stress and tension —so you can head into the weekend feeling more embodied, relaxed, and grounded. Each virtual practice is 45 minutes.
Fridays | 11:15AM CT Gentle Yoga + Meditation
